The TIBCO Developer should have the following skills:
- *Advanced TIBCO experience
- *TIBCO iProcess and TIBCO Business Works
- *Strong business knowledge in Loan/Lending system is must
- *Java/J2EE
- *GWT
- *SQL programming and optimization
- *Object Oriented patterns and programming
- *Spring/Web Services/Maven/Hibernate
- *JSP/HTML/XML
- *Oracle
- *Middleware
