Aufgabe:
Requirements and scope definition:
- Coordination of Requirements engineering in close collaboration with the business and the data sourcing and data engineering teams
- Sparring partner for the business to discuss, scrutinizing and agree on key business requirements
- Validating the requirements catalog
- Facilitate the development of a business case
- Work with subject matter experts to help translate requirements to IT

Planning and reporting:
- Familiar with both agile and waterfall approaches
- Define project scope and schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value based on requirements catalog
- Prepare and distribute progress reports
- Define resource needs
- Perform delivery planning
- Prepare and support development of required material for formal budget approvals (CAPEX board)
- Constantly monitor and report on progress to all stakeholders
- Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions by considering both an business and IT perspective
- Manage stakeholder expectations, resolve potential conflicts of interests
- Define an escalation path (within project, to stakeholders and portfolio management)
- Plan and schedule project timelines
- Define governance structures by utilizing Vodafone’s existing processes and methods

Execution and delivery:
- Organize and lead project status and working meetings
- Manage project budget
- Manage risks and issues
- Correct deviations from plans
- Manage project resource allocation and resolve potential conflicts
- Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
- Provide direction and support to project team
- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
- Leveraging organizational resources to improve capacity for project work
- Managing stakeholder communications and helping to implement an effective system of project governance
- Monitoring sub-contractors

Quality assurance:
- Facilitate review of deliverables both with business and IT
- Evaluate and assess results
- Conduct risk assessments
- Work with stakeholders to define success criteria and track progress to reach those
- Evangelize the selected delivery methodology
- Champion process improvement as necessary and appropriate
- Facilitate the definitions of test cases and test plans derived from requirements
- Manage requirements and scope changes
