Projektbeschreibung/Aufgaben/Rolle:
- Establishment, alignment and adjustment of the IT Service Contracts / Framework Agreements as well as eventual Transitional Service Agreements
- Lead and steer of the project to establish, align and adjust all other relevant business units contracts between EBS and the service recipients
- Work together with other functional units (e.g. Legal) to draft new contracts or align/ adjust existing contracts
- Work together with internal and extern auditors with regard to a range of topics (e.g. Compliance)
- Plan, govern and control the budgets for both- the respective project and workstream management
- Cooperate with the Commercials & Contracts Workstream Lead and PMO to fulfill the reporting requirements that fit with the program governance
- Work closely with other project managers to align dependencies on plans and targets
- Manage, facilitate and attend meetings that keep stakeholders engaged and updated
- Lead and steering of multiple projects
- Customer relation management and acquisition
- Public relations management
- Preparation and presentation of offers
- Development of a department strategy and improvement of the range of services

Erforderliche Skills:
- Competencies in strategy development and implementation (transformations)
- Expert knowledge in IT Service contract negotiation and management (e.g. IT Service Framework Agreements, Transitional Service Agreements, IT Service Level Agreements, IT Baseload Agreements and pricesheets)
- Expert knowledge of the current contractual setup between EBS and its service recipients
- Proven experience in the cooperation with internal and/ or external auditors
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in carve out and transition/ transformation programs
- Self- confident and engaging manner
