Functional analysis (what a particular system / process does / shall perform, drilldown capable): Function trees, functional containment including non-functional attributes
Data analysis (logical data model, drilldown capable, linked to existing logical and physical data models)
Conduct and assess content with business owner, subject matter experts, existing documentation (local, group and vendors)
Formalize content by required methodology
Confirm documented models with business owner, subject matter experts (local, group and vendors)
Manage timeline, project plan and tracking
Establish and maintain required meta models in repository based modeling tool
steering of weekly workshops with different departments
