Beschreibung:- Perform and provide technical leadership and issues resolution together in cooperation with the product support team
- Address issues from basic systems management to troubleshooting; solving issues with related hardware and software components
- Prepare reports for the test results – success rate, prioritization of issues.
- Participate in problem diagnosis or isolation of the issues .
- Develop and maintain deep technical expertise of assigned applications – deployment, modification of settings and configuration, backup&restore
Comply with the timelines as per the project timeplan
Anforderungen:
- Good knowledge of Telco and IT industry standards bodies specifications and related technologies and ability to interpret/apply them
- Hands on experience in network and IT protocols ( TCP/IP, Diameter, SOAP)
- Possess sound understanding of the principles of load balancing, protocol gateways , protocol converters, IP networks
- Knowledge in test supporting tools – HPE ALM, Sharepoint
- Proficiency in Linux, SQL, scripts and security
- Experience in troubleshooting, configuration
- Fixed and mobile architectures and technologies knowledge is an advantage ( IMS, Mobile Core, Billing&Mediation)
