Test Manager- Meter-to-Cash

Contract type: Contracting | Only employees subject to social security contributions can be considered.

The customer has migrated the Meter-to-Cash processes from SAP R3 to S4 Hana in 12 sub-projects, among other topics.
The planned go-live date is mid-2027.
We are looking for a test manager to work in the cross-functional area of ??"Central Test Management of the Program".

Requirements
  • Test management as a manager
  • Report to the program management and other stakeholders up to the board of directors
  • Specifications regarding test processes, tools, organizational structures and delivery results
  • Planning, preparation, operational control and reporting of end-to-end tests and the overarching test phases Integration Test and User Acceptance Test.
  • Comprehensive management of test managers in projects and ensuring the quality of delivery results.
  • Resource planning and selection

Must Have:
  • At least 10 years of experience as a senior test manager in programs and projects in corporate environments (from medium-sized businesses to DAX-listed companies)
  • Extensive experience with end-to-end and other tests in programs/projects based on SAP S4/HANA
  • Extensive experience with common test management tools (SAP Cloud ALM, Solution Manager, Jira)
  • Certification in one or more test management standards (e.g., ISTQB) Certification in one or more project management standards (GPM, Prince2, PMP, Scrum, SAFe)
  • Management Skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills up to C(EO, IO) level management.
  • Very high customer focus
  • Self-motivated, intrinsically motivated
  • Precise, structured and efficient approach
  • Experience in IT projects and processes in the energy industry (especially the market role of network operators)
