TEST ENGINEER EMBEDDED (*2) required for a 6 months contract based in Cologne, Germany. You should be able to differentiate the different testing phases like Unit Integration, System, Acceptance, Regression testing and should be capable to perform these tests with the help of ready-test cases. Should understand Test Plans, Requirement Traceability Matrix, and Orthogonal Array Tool. Should be able to do metrics analysis and reliability analysis effectively with DFA tool.
Ideally you would have good experience in analysing product requirements and use cases for multiple subsystems. Ability to write software requirements Hands on architectural knowledge of multiple subsystems and very good knowledge of vehicle networking Good integration. You will also Understand Device specification and protocols. Device pairing sequences, Device profiles, protocols, enumeration, addressing and plug/play concepts, OS/Driver concepts, Sockets and IPCs. Familiar with Design patterns, Design tools. Design Device drivers, Driver/Application interfaces, Middleware. Familiar with domain specific device interface protocol standards.
The role is based in Cologne and is offered on an initial 6 months contract. This post attracts a daily of €225 - €325 per day.
