My client is looking for someone who can look at the service set provided to carrier customers on SS7 and design an equivalent service set on a SIP connection. This needs skills in SS7 and SIP in a service provider fixed voice (Class 4 switching) environment. Candidates need SIP skills from an IMS/Mobile environment but no SS7 skills. The ideal candidates need to be able to speak German.
