Senior developer who can take over the duties as a Technical Team Lead.
This includes:
- Controlling of the Romanian team >= resource planning, task distribution, support, escalation
- Decision Center Issue Resolution >= central contact for development center. Tests of fixes. Product upgrades [creation of artifacts + tests], release planning of fixes, distribution and management of tasks in cooperation with our infrastructure team.
- HW and Licenses >= central contact for the infrastructure team to plan hardware refresh, new orders and license management [ODM, weblogic].
- Methods and processes >= Ensuring uniform methods and processes >= Training for the team in the wake of the introduction of new processes [ticket systems/deployment].
- Team meetings >= Meeting regarding the open item list with continuous status update.
- Effort Estimation for new requirements
- Technical Connection sDOD/Request for ASD [automated software distribution]/DR test planning and execution
- Presentation of the standard functionality of the Decision Center
- User trainings for the Decision Center
