Role: Technical Support Engineer
Location: Germany-Eschborn
Contract: 6 months
Job Description
To provide technical support to end users of a product (eg. BEA support| Oracle tech support) as per defined SLAs agreed with the customers
(1.) To dialog and interact with technical users of the product
(2.) To document all the defined processes and the methods of resolving the ticket| troubleshooting| etc. (3.) To troubleshoot and own/resolve tickets raised by the clients including escalation
(4.) To perform knowledge transition during project enhancements
(5.) To update self on latest technologies and related areas
Additional requirements
Task: ERP SAP R/3 entry of BOM and component data, generation of spare parts list, handling of DDS-C or EPLAN P8 engineering system, document change management (red line), creation of assembly and as-built documentation packages, obsolete electrical part verification and replacement selection.
+Electrical engineering fundamentals
+Electrical CAD know-how (EPLAN P8, DDS-C or similar)
+Experience with ERP systems (SAP R/3)
+MS Office (Excel, )
+Good German and English
