2nd level support in dily business
Skills: Process design knowledge; Call center technology basic knowledge (PBX, CTI, IVR, Recording, CRM); Remedy or another incident management tool; Experience in any of the following contact center tools Special interest in the call flow: Avaya, Genesys and/or Alcatel; Experience in IVR and/or any other recording system; DB Management knowledge; Advanced use of Office with special attention to excel and Access; Very good knowledge of English and German
