The Technical Project Manager will lead the technical delivery of IT and OT site enablement for new renewable energy assets, including solar farms, battery storage systems and wind farms.
The role is responsible for ensuring that newly constructed renewable energy sites are successfully connected to the company’s IT landscape and are secure, compliant and operationally ready. A key aspect of the role is the coordination of EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) contractors, SCADA providers, network suppliers and internal IT/OT stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, from design and construction through commissioning and handover.
The role will also contribute to establishing a standardised and scalable approach to renewable site enablement, enabling efficient delivery across multiple sites and countries.

Tasks:
  • Lead IT/OT delivery from design through commissioning and handover.
  • Coordinate EPC contractors, SCADA vendors, IT/OT teams and network providers.
  • Define and deliver site connectivity, networks, firewalls, remote access and IT/OT integration.
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, ISMS and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage technical requirements, risks, suppliers, timelines and budgets.
  • Ensure testing, documentation and handover are completed.
  • Develop standardised and scalable approaches for renewable site enablement.

Must-have:
  • Experience in IT/OT infrastructure or technical project management, ideally in renewable energy, power generation or industrial environments.
  • Strong knowledge of networking, connectivity, firewalls, remote access and IT/OT integration.
  • Experience working with EPC contractors and external suppliers.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity, enterprise architecture and compliance.
  • Experience in regulated or critical infrastructure environments.
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
  • Knowledge of SCADA, OT or renewable energy is an advantage.
