Technical Cloud Platform (+CI /CD) Team Lead + Delivery Lead (m/w/d) Berlin & Remote

Für unseren Kunden aus dem Energiesektor suchen wir im Rahmen eines Greenfield Projektes zum Aufbau einer Cloud Infrastruktur für eine Energie Handels Plattform erfahrene Consultants mit umfangreicher Führungserfahrung und technischer Expertise im Bereich CI/CD. Das Projekt ist angesiedelt in Berlin zu ca. 50% und Remote. Gefragt sind erfahrene und technische versierte Führungskräfte mit Erfahrung in größeren und komplexen Projekten und der Fähigkeit ein größeres Team zu steuern. Zu besetzen ist jeweils eine Rolle als CI/CD Team Lead und als CI/CD Delivery Lead. Projektsprache ist Englisch. Deutsch von großem Vorteil.

Goal:
The team is building an internal platform for software product developers to accelerate the
development and delivery of software products to tackle the massive challenges facing the energy sector. The
Platform is a service oriented, cloud-native platform that is being built to provide application teams with
self-service capabilities to develop, run and operate their software products. The Platform provides services for
application infrastructure, data, service lifecycle management, application build and delivery as well as services
to operate their software products. The Platform is deployed as a hybrid cloud, encompassing both private
cloud and select public clouds.

Skills:
Must-Have:
• Several years of experience as a Team lead or Technical project lead in cloud and CI/CD infrastructure project environments
• Experience in a scaled environment with multiple network zones
• Experience with container technologies
• Git Versioning
• GitOps Principles
• Agile Principles
• Cloud Native

Tech Stack
• Jira
• Confluence
• Gitlab
• ArgoCD
• Kubernetes
• 2 Years working with Kubernetes and/or public cloud


Preferred competencies / skills (should have unless otherwise noted)
• Scrum knowledge (any framework)
• Experience working with Jira and Wiki Tools like Confluence
• C1 English

Ort: Remote und Berlin ca. 50 % initial und später nach Absprache
Start : März
Laufzeit: Ende 2024 + Option langfristig
