A TECHNICAL AUTHOR/DOCUMENT WRITER is required by our leading consultancy client to support documentation activities on a Windows 7 rollout programme in Frankfurt, Germany for an initial 6 month period.
Responsibilities
- Produce documents with a consistent quality and look and feel
- Extract content details & requirements from other team members or employees, and turn them into documents
- Take direction from other team members where necessary
- Be pro-active and actively seek information from whatever source required
- Produe the documents required by the customer (even if they appear to have no value)
- Be willing to follow and use the document management system selected
- Get to grips in understand the overall project plan and prioritise workload accordingly
Experience/Skills Required
- Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken)
- A proven track record writing documentation/instructions for clients etc.
Any previous Windows 7 or related experience would be advantageous.
