Our Client is looking for a Helpdesk Teamleader,Your tasks and responsibilities:
- any work that performs a generic service desk employee
- management of service desk employees in the daily operations
- monitoring and ensuring the quality of the processes within the Service Desk
- delivering management information ( reports ) towards Management
- coaching and support service desk employees
- scheduling and chairing submission of the service desk
Your mandatory skills:
- good Dutch language skills
- good English language skills
