Administration, 3rd Level Support and development for JIRA
Confluence and Crowd within Productisation Services
JIRA, Crowd, Confluence Administration and deployment
JIRA development: Workflow Changes, Plugins, validations
Communicate with developers, infrastructure team, customers and management

Erforderliche Kenntnisse
Expert knowledge in JIRA, Confluence, Crowd Administration
Expert in JIRA plugins and Shell scripting
Experience in Atlassian API, Java, maven, SVN and GIT
Basic knowledge in spring Framework and Apache/Tomcat
Good communication skills in german and english
