As a system integrator, I want to use a ESU (TDT device with OpenWrt OS) for sending telemetry to Azure from one or more MAP intrusion panels and recieving command & control messages from Azure for one or more MAP intrusion panels in the customer site, so that I can view and store the events in Azure and build insights and analytics based on the event data.
Project start & project end (& latest possible start): asap / for approximately 1 month (optional extension)
The workload in the project in %: minimum 80%
Project country & location: DE, Grasbrunn
Project language: English/German
Contract type: contract for service
Share of remote work in %: 100%
Activities and tasks to be performed in the project:
- Develop a new service Intrusion Connector running on the ESU 4000 based on LUA script or BASH script.
- The intrusion connector must be able to connect to Azure IoT Hub service using connection string.
- The intrusion connector must use MAP Open Intrusion Interface (HTTP based protocol) for communication with the MAP panels.
- The intrusion connector must support the Instrusion - Remote Service Management Interface (RSMI). The RSMI is defined as Azure Plug and Play schema definition
Most important skills:
- Knowledge in LUA scripting or BASH scripting
- Experience with HTTP based REST interfaces.
- Knowledge about MQTT communication.
- Some knowledge about Azure IoT services.
- Experience with Linux based systems (OpenWrt OS)
- Capable of deploying and testing software on Linux based systems (OpenWrt).
