Task Description
*Design and Development of airborne Control and Monitoring Systems for Gas Turbines, ensuring technical and economic requirements are met.
*Analysis and negotiation of Stakeholder Requirements.
*System specification, design and documentation.
*System modelling and design using Matlab/Simulink environment
*Requirement management using DOORS.
*Configuration Management and Change Management using DIMENSIONS
Qualification Profile
*Engineering Degree with Controls specialization or equivalent relevant experience in engine control system design and development.
*Sound knowledge of Aerospace Systems Engineering Engine practices, methods and procedures.
*Good experience in using modern CASE tools for systems engineering MATLAB & SIMULINK, DOORS and DIMENSIONS)
*Excellent English capabilities, both spoken and written.
*Capable to systematically evaluate complex relationships and resolve complex problems.
*Team player with capability to work within Engineering Teams
The contract is due to start ASAP and it is anticipated that it will last for 1 year + for the right candidate.
