Tasks:
Development of a lidar sensor, based on the FMCW technology. For the signal processing, a
DSP is intended to transform digital raw data to point cloud data
Allocate and analyze the functional and software requirements in close collaboration with the sensor
system engineering
Develop software architecture for an embedded implementation of DSP functionalities
Ensuring verification of the software architecture design against the requirements and defined safety
goals
Definition and coordination of the interfaces and signal flows between software components
Resource estimation of the target implementation, content alignment with potential vendors of signal
processors
Design and implementation of DSP software functionalities with embedded C programming
Qualifications:
Degree in automotive engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science, physics, electrical engineering or a comparable field of study
Several years of relevant professional experience
Understanding of complex technical systems and SW functions
Knowledge in SW requirement development and architectural design acc. to ASPICE Level 2 and ISO26262
Knowledge of current, relevant processes, methods and tools
Discretion and a high sense of responsibility
