As part of the Client Performance, Performance Management Tools (Comarch SQM Tool, SQL Developer) SME is required for KPI Calculation, Measurements & Validation, Alarm definition for Service Quality management.
• OSS Performance Domain along with North Bound and South Bound Interfaces, Interface to Performance management database.
• Engineering design life cycle, LLD preparation, development, validation, system and performance analysis and customer reviews.
• Support for Architecture, Effort estimation, support to operations and customer presentation.
• Develop and deploy design for testing of KPI on performance management data.
• Hands on experience in Performance Management Tools (Comarch SQM Tool, SQL Developer)
• Understanding of OSS architecture, latest telecom technologies across wireless, wireline technologies.
• Has managed Software developers & played a critical role in Architecture, Design and Development.
• Support to operation
• Knowledge & experience in Cable, Mobile and Fixed Network technologies
