Ihre Aufgaben:
- Your tasks are the problem analysis, documentation and resolution, the coordination of the different support disciplines and the User Account Management.
- You also support the project work with regard to patches and enhancements of the above mentioned systems, specifically with respect to computer validation.
- You are responsible for the development of User Requirements, Test Cases,
- Execution of Test Cases and the development of User Manuals and Training Materials.
Ihre Qualifikation
- A basic knowledge of Information Systems and relational database management systems is required as well as en excellent knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL and Oracle Clinical, Remote Data Capture and Thesaurus Management System.
- Furthermore you need an expert knowledge in Clinical Data Structures, Data Management Processes and in Computer Validation of large international applications.
- Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills, fluent English in spoken and written as well as an analytical and team orientated character complete your profile.
