support on Windows applications, Network Connectivity, User Accounts, Network Printing and any other Hardware/Software issues
Job description:
EUC Support Engineer - (L3 Support) position serves as a central point of contact to complete end user and management requests.
Basic/Intermediate level of understanding in Skype for Business, EMC San Storage, SCCM Software Packaging & Development
Experience in Windows 7 & 10 Environment
End user support - 80% (Support & Troubleshooting, Client/Customer Support, Hardware/Software Maintenance & Patching).
Documentation and Inventory - 20%
Fluent in German OR Swedish
