Your responsibilities:• Ability to extract quantities from design document and create a Bill of Quantities/Pricing document
• Understand tendering based on re-measurable quantities and fixed rates to be used for the duration of contract. This is typically used when the design is incomplete, and the project schedule requires the subcontractor to commence
• When the tender docs are returned from market, completion of a tender commercial analysis including a side-by-side comparison for each line item within the Bill of Quantities/Pricing Document
• Assessment/Adjustment of Subcontractor Payment Application
• Assessment/Evaluation and agreement of change in scope including entitlement, quantity, and rate check. Responsible for negotiation of change both with subcontractor and client
• Maintain subcontract package report including awarded value, agreed change, potential change, change in commercial alignment and rejected change
• Ability to summarise items which cannot be agreed at a package level in a concise manner for presentation to management
