For our client in Berlin we are looking for people related change management expertise.
Following global processes and tools will be implemented requiring professional change management:
Catalog and Request Management
Order and Financial Management
Asset & License Compliance Management
Contract Management
In scope is the implementation of a request management tool being the front-end for all employees.
Other supporting tools will be implemented.
The operational teams need to be trained and on boarded.
Tasks:
The strategic change manager is a project team member, supporting the change management with the following responsibilities:
Perform organizational impact analysis
Develop and execute Change Management and communication plan.
Manage various stakeholder across the company (employees, reviewers, approvers, internal and external suppliers).
Coordinate the development and delivery of trainings to the operational teams
Set-up a knowledge library for the operational teams
Qualifications:
International experience of at least 5 years on IT projects and in complex environments
Intercultural competence
Proven track in change management expertise such as change management practices/tools, stakeholder management, communication, organizational impact analysis, training coordination
Good understanding of technical/IT environment processes
Ability to deal with broad audience from executives to project management and business users
Ability to operate in a global, matrix environment
Positive and can-do attitude
Business level English - Application in English
