Ihre Aufgaben:
- Operate & maintain network storage infrastructure including a heterogeneous SAN & NAS
- Operate & maintain backup infrastructure including multiple master & media servers
- Manage different storage vendors (EMC, NetApp, ISILON, Symantec, F5)
- Maintain storage standard operation procedures (SOP) & working instructions (WI) for quality management
- Support and implement disaster recovery solutions in the area of expertise
- Support technical storage & backup projects such as HW migration & lifecycle
- Manage advanced storage tools for centralized operations, monitoring & reporting
- Provide storage report on-request using existing storage management tools and processes
- Increase security capabilities and mitigate risks applying a leading-edge security baseline
Ihre Qualifikation
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the area of responsibility e.g. enterprise storage environments SAN& NAS
- Good track record in an IT-department within the area of responsibility
- Sound experience in a large enterprise backup operation environment such as: SymantecNetBackup, Data Domain or De-Duplication solutions
- Suitable experience in storage operation environment such as: NetApp FAS, ISILON IQ,EMC-CX, SAN fabric switches, F5/ARX file virtualization
- Experience with storage projects (on time, on spec., on quality and on budget)
- Ability to work in a team of 2-3 people
- Practical, results-oriented hands-on personality
- Flexible to accommodate organizational changes in an evolving IT-infrastructure organisation
- Fluent English (knowledge of any additional European language is an advantage, especiallyFrench and German)
