Beschreibung
Bosch is currently looking for a Senior SAP Payroll Consultant (Germany) to support our German local HR system (SAP HCM), which manages core HR processes including personnel administration, payroll, time management, and ESS/MSS services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute the German payroll process, including interfaces with public authorities such as health insurance companies and tax offices.
- Maintain and enhance SAP Payroll schemes and rules while implementing payroll-related system changes.
- Support monthly payroll runs, payroll postings, and related operational activities.
- Support the implementation of Local Core Processes (LCP).
- Analyze and resolve incidents, implement system changes, and provide ongoing ticket support.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Senior-level experience with SAP Payroll, including maintenance of payroll schemes and rules.
- Strong knowledge of German payroll regulations and Metalltarif agreements.
- Fluent German language skills.
