Job Description:
Role: SQL Server/Azure Lead DBA
Location: Dusseldorf,Germany
Job Type: Contract
Role & Responsibilities:
- Know How Azure, Azure SQL databases, worked on Azure DBs SQL server Database administration
- Hands-on experience with SQL Server
- Experience in handling SQL VM, SQL MI & SQL database in Azure
- Performed database migration from on premise to Azure.
- Hands-on SQL Server migration experience using SSMA, DMA tools
- Participating in Knowledge Transfer activities
- Solid acquaintance with windows server, security delegation, SPNs, storage components.
Skills:
- Good hands on database administration experience on SQL server 2008, 2012, 2014, 2016 & 20
- Always on, Mirroring and Replication
- Good Communication skills
Certifications:
- SQL Server Certified Architect
- Azure Certified Associate.
Key skills required: (in the order of priority)
- SQL server 2008,2012, 2014, 2016 & 2017 experience
- SQL server migration experience
- SQL Server Cluster, Mirroring, Replication, Log Shipping, SSMS commands
