Wir suchen für einen unserer Kunden einen Specialisten Order Management für den Raum Köln.Main tasks
• Clarify incoming OpCo orders (SWRs), checking on
completeness and feasibility.
• Working with CA R6, Excel and possibly home
made tools
• * Interaction with Enduser(mainly ITKs & IDV-Coord.) andFieldservice / Stock Provider as well.
• * Tracking and execution (or reject) of orders.
• * Appropriate handling of escalations. Optimization
of WFT, interaction with the Catalogue Mgmt. in
WP-SG.
• Current tool environment: R6, Cornerstone, Argis,
Theo Tools (changing acc. to Silva SRF
implementation )
• * Possibly case driven support of Mobile Business
device handling (Mobiles, Smartphones, 3G cards) &
related invoicing / contract data maintenance (Dorena
from Bodo Peters GmbH) & Vodafone provider requests
Profil/ Skills
• Strong end user orientation and imperturbable
willingness to support real end users. Strong tracking,
coordination and basic project planning skills.
• Ability to identify and implement process and/or
application improvements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
combined with a well distinct sense of diligence.
• Must be able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks
with limited supervision. Ability to work effectively
under pressure.
• Quick learner, motivated self-starter • Excellent
customer service, interpersonal, communication and
team collaboration skills.
• English language communication skills on a B1 level
