Currently we are searching for one candidate who is able to cover the following position:Project description:
BSCS Invoice Quality Control and SPOC
Tasks:
Operational Support for the Billing Retail Group
with main emphasis quality control and assurance for BSCS billing
including inter-group management of issues relating to billing and SPOC for the customer regarding all matters concerning invoice quality assurance
Must-Have Skills:
Extensive database experience (SQL etc.)
scripting
working knowledge of Telco and billing systems (BSCS if possible)
fluent/good English
customer support
Nice-to-Have Skills:
project management experience
experience in service delivery including SLA and KPI
ITIL
