Dear Network,I am looking for a software tester for one of my clients.
Start date: ASAP
Project Length: 6 month (with possibility of further extension)
Location: min. 4 days in North Rhine-Westphalia, please provide remote and onsite rates
Position requirements and technologies/tools in use:
Test case creation and manual execution in test management tool Polarion
Documentation of test results and traceability to requirement or design items
Exploratory testing during software development
Formal verification during system test phase
Reporting of software bugs in Jira
Validation of tools used for software verification
Environment: cURL, WinSCP, Docker, Networked attached storage (Synology), MS Azure as part of QIAGEN’s digital ecosystem (gateway device, app & web interface)
Collaboration tools: Jira, Confluence, Git
Preferable: basic understanding of Linux and encryption mechanisms
Nice to have: Experience with (Scaled) Agile Framework
Additional skills:
Good knowledge of English language
ISTQB foundation level certification
Ability to familiarize oneself with new technologies, high degree of self-initiative
Experience in medical device development or other regulated sectors (specifically IEC 62304) preferred
Team player
Willingness to collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and stakeholders
