Software Test Engineer (Satellites) - East Flanders (Belgium) - 6mths+ Contract
My Client, a market leader within the 'Space Sector' are looking to recruit a 'Satellite Test Engineer' on a contract/freelance basis.
The work is due to start between now and March. Rates (€p/dy) are open to negotiation.
The required Skills are as follows.
Desired skills/experience/knowledge:
- Experience of either Software Testing or Satellite Testing
- Knowledge of 'C' code to Automate Testing
- Experience of Debugging
- Experience of working in a Linux environment
- Fluency in English (speaking and writing) is an absolute must.
Advantageous (Not Essential):
- Any experience of photonics, single photon measurements, photon polarization characterization would be advantageous (but not essential)
- You can work with an oscilloscope and spectrum analyzer (preferred, but not required).
- Experience in Scripting (TCL & Python is preferred, but not required)
