Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Software Developer in Test (SDET) with a strong background in Java development to join our dynamic team. As an SDET, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through the design, implementation, and execution of automated tests.
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using Java, Selenium, and Appium.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand software requirements and develop comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Execute automated tests and analyze results to identify defects and performance issues.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure testability, maintainability, and scalability of test automation code.
• Work closely with developers to troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Continuously research and implement best practices for test automation and quality assurance processes.
• Contribute to the improvement of software development practices and methodologies within the organization.
Requirements:
• Strong proficiency in Java development
• Solid understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium and Appium.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing robust automated test frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent in German (both written and verbal).
