Site Quality Engineer/Auditor - ASP/Incident/OHS/RBS
This leading, global telecommunications company has a number of vacancies for Site Quality Engineers and Auditors in Europe. Due to the current swap project they are managing for a large operator they have increased the size of teams within a number of cities across Germany.
As a Site Quality Engineer you will be responsible for securing quality standards during the implementation phase. You will also be required to act as a supervisor to oversee the ASP teams within the project.
You will be performing practical approval for certifications of ASP staff as well as teaching the teams the understanding and importance of the quality standards. You will be performing workmanship audits and site acceptances. You will also be responsible for escalation of incidents regarding insufficent qualities of ASP staff. You will need to be up to date with operational health and safety processes and procedures as well as workers safety and work environment safety.
Key skills and experience:
- Extensive experience in the areas of network rollout and field operations.
- Good experience with installation of telecoms network elements and components on sites.
- RBS 600 experience
- Microwave and antenna experience
- Knowledge of quality management
- Good communications skills. German language skills are essential for this position.
- flexibility and willing to travel.
