As a Site Manager (m/f/d), you are responsible for managing and supervising construction projects in Northern Germany. You communicate with project stakeholders, coordinate partners on site and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. You work closely with customers, project management and the teams responsible for the German market.
Your responsibilities:
Project supervision – Ensuring smooth execution from scaffolding set-up to commissioning.
Communication – Proactive coordination with customers, subcontractors and suppliers.
Problem solving – Applying technical expertise to efficiently steer projects.
Reporting – Progress reporting to management with a focus on time and resource management.
Time management – Ensuring on-time delivery and optimal use of resources.
What you bring with you:
? Experience in managing solar/photovoltaic projects and a solid understanding of energy networks.
? Degree in electrical engineering or a comparable qualification (e.g. technician, master craftsman in electrical engineering).
? Knowledge of relevant standards & regulations (e.g. VDE 4105/4110/4120, TAB, TAR, DIN).
? Confidence in grid connection requirements and technical specifications of grid operators.
? Strong analytical skills & decisiveness – ability to identify risks and develop targeted solutions.
? Strong problem-solving skills for complex energy projects.
? Strong communication skills in German and English to collaborate with internal and external partners.
? Sense of responsibility & team spirit – ability to work independently within a team.
? Flexibility & willingness to travel within Germany and occasionally to the Netherlands.
? Experience in the solar industry is an advantage!
