Locations - Germany-wide.

Profile:
- You have at least five years of professional experience with proven success as a site manager or project manager in mechanical engineering and plant engineering in the logistics industry with a focus on conveyor technology and high-bay warehouses, also in maintenance and repair and have a high level of leadership and implementation skills.
- You are a dynamic, hands-on person and you always take a frontal approach to your work.
- You have an analytical planning and organisational talent as well as strong communication skills.
- You formulate goals and strategies and derive measures from them. Your core management values are loyalty, responsibility and quality of results.
- You have intercultural empathy and are prepared to take on operational responsibility in our international projects on site, in close coordination with us and the client management.
- Good English and professional use of software tools round off your skills.
Responsibilities:
- Project control, coordination and management on site.
- Supporting our site and project managers in projects and customer orders.
- Setting up communication structures within project execution.
- Carrying out work preparation measures and ongoing reporting in maintenance tools.
- Supervision and support of our maintenance and project teams in project execution.
- Process optimisation in the team based on internal management system.
- Hands on mentality and implementation of maintenance measures and projects in various industries.
Qualities we look for:
- Completed training in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or comparable discipline.
- Knowledge and experience in mechanical and plant engineering, construction and project management as well as coordination of maintenance.
- Knowledge of the construction site business in the logistics industry, its conveyor technology and high-bay racking equipment.
- Experience in professional management of service / maintenance teams.
- Experience in the maintenance of production facilities.
- Additional experience in the maintenance and repair of conveyor technology.
- Independent working style.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Leadership qualities, initiative and in-depth technical know-how.
- Willingness to travel at least throughout Germany, possibly also throughout Europe.
- Ability to meet deadlines and a pro-active way of working.
- Strong communication skills, very good German and English skills.
- Professional handling of Microsoft products and other tools, such as AutoCAD.
- Willingness to learn new subjects quickly.
