Role: ServiceNow Architect (Virtual Agent)When: April - July
Duration: 3 months
Location: 100% remote (EU BASED REQUIRED)
Essential Skills:
- Strong implementation experience in ServiceNow
- 1 x Project as an Architect for Implementation & Integration of Virtual Agent with MS Teams
- 5 years ServiceNow Experience ideal, less if strong Architect experience with Virtual Agent
- Fluent English
- Must be available immediately
Tasks:
- This customer are implementing ServiceNow Virtual Agent and require an Architect fo 3 months.
- They will be integrating VA with their existing communication channel MS Teams.
- This Architect will perform workshops, support in the creation and setup of Virtual Agent and support Delivery from the Architecture team
