Qualifications:
- More than 5 years of professional experience with more than 10 projects completed
- Profound experience in project management in ITSM – projects
- Expert knowledge of IT service management (ITIL) and project management
- Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow and best practices
- Structured working approach, ability to reduce complexity and work according to plans & schedules
- Clear communication competence with all involved stakeholders
- Ability to set priorities and strong decision-making competence
- Language skills: business fluent in English and German
