Tasks
Implementation of the responsible ITIL processes (with a focus on incident and change management)
Monitoring and support in the further development of the ITIL processes incident, problem and change management
Coordination and coordination with the 2nd and 3rd level areas and IT service providers in the context of incident and change management
Support in the further development of the service reporting of the ITIL processes
Qualifications
Completed university degree (Uni / FH) in business administration, computer science or a comparable training (e.g. specialist computer science) or a practice-related qualification
Good knowledge of incident, problem and change management processes
ITIL knowledge and experience (ITIL certification desirable)
Knowledge of relevant reporting tools
Good communication and presentation skills in German and English
Quick comprehension and a high level of initiative
