• Analysis and representation of the system landscape
• Technical support of IT Infrastructure
• Development and implementation of workshops
• PowerPoint presentation preparation of various topics
• Analysist of complex issues in the context of the current tasks
• Optimize and develop processes
• Defining processes
• Introduce news tool & manage transition
• Professional handling of MS Office applications PowerPoint
Experience:
• Senior-level with at least 8 years of professional experience
• ITIL certification (Methodological competence in ITIL)
