Beschreibung

My client, a global automotive manufacturer are currently seeking a Service Desk Analyst to start with them as a freelancer in December or January or a period of 6 months, with definite extension possibilities.

The client would ideally like someone to work 50% on-site and 50% remote. Budget - €300 per day

Job Description below;

Profile:
  • Bachelor's degree in a Job-relevant Field.
  • ITIL and ITSM tool knowledge.
  • Experience and knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Office suite (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Azure AD, Teams, OneDrive for Business & other O365 products).
  • Experience in the more complex troubleshooting of IT problems with a focus on the client and Infrastructure area.
  • Experience in Microsoft Windows 10 operating systems, hardware and software installation and directory services.
  • Technical understanding of IT interrelationships in the business environment.
  • Friendly and service-oriented team player.
  • High service orientation and customer focus.
  • Intercultural cooperation and communication.
  • Proficient in English, spoken and written.
