Server Engineer Exchange/AD/EMC Celera/Symantec

My client is currently looking for a Server Engineer to be based in Hamburg, Germany on an initial 3-6 month contract. This contract will look to extend but candidates will need to be eligible for work in the EU. Rates are negotiable dependent upon the specific experience, however the ideal bracket is €250-€350 per day. GERMAN SPEAKING IS NOT A NECESSITY.
Candidates need to have a very good understanding of the following items, and be able to trouble shoot within these areas, and then come up with root cause and then suggest the solutions. This person should not only have experience in administrating these areas, but possess the key skills in order to troubleshoot.
Candidates should have deep knowledge/experience in Exchange 2007 as well as Active Directory, they should also have experience in Backups and EMC Storage, the products the client are using are Symantec, and the Storage is EMC Celera.
In an ideal world candidates will also have Distributed Filesystem Replication and Blackberry Enterprise Server, however this is not an absolute necessity.
The candidate should have a good understanding of how a Server works, and fits into the overall picture as my client is looking who will hit the ground running.
Regarding DOXIS, this experience is not so critical. If candidates have all the other skills, and they just happen to have Doxis then it is a nice bonus!

30% - Backup: (Symantec Backup Exec) Performing Troubleshooting, Monitoring, permanently amending backups jobs that they complete within the very tight timeline they have.
25% - Exchange 2007: Troubleshooting, Monitoring, Database monitoring, and movements.
10% - EMC- Celera Gateway: Troubleshooting,access configuration,Storage configuration.
10%- Distributed Filesystem Replication: Troubleshooting, and Configuration.
10%- Blackberry Enterprise Server: Troubleshooting, Configuration, Monitoring
20%- Email- Archiving (Doxis): Troubleshooting, Configuration, Monitoring
