We are currently supporting in the search for a Senior UX/UI Consultant with proven Unily experience for an Employee Experience Platform project.
The project aims to replace the existing intranet platform with a new Unily-based Employee Experience Platform. Key objectives include improving employee engagement, enhancing user experience, increasing personalization, strengthening collaboration and communication, and leveraging the capabilities of Microsoft 365 and Copilot.
Project duration: Immediate start preferred
Project end date: All deliverables must be completed by 18 December 2026
Location: 100% Remote
Language: English
Consultant location: Anywhere in Europe
Required Experience- Senior-level UX/UI expertise
- Hands-on Unily experience (must-have)
- Experience with intranet, employee experience, or digital workplace platforms
- Strong background in UX strategy, information architecture, navigation, and user journeys
- Pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset
- Able to make practical design decisions that can realistically be implemented within Unily
- Hands-on consultant, not purely theoretical or strategic
- Fluent English communication skills
- Full-time availability preferred
- Available to start immediately
- Define and optimize the overall user experience strategy
- Design intuitive navigation structures and user flows
- Develop page concepts, templates, and content structures within Unily
- Create responsive UX/UI solutions for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
- Define design standards, interaction patterns, and accessibility requirements
- Develop and document UX/UI concepts and recommendations
- Review platform implementations against approved designs and identify improvement opportunities
