Senior System Analyst/Desktop Support Engineer/2nd Level Support Analyst
My international consultancy client is looking for an experienced and credible Senior System Analyst/Desktop Support Engineer/2nd Level Support Analyst to work with a major client.
You will be comfortable liaising in both German and English
You will provide excellent 2nd level support to users whilst liaising with global support teams and duties will include:
Ticket management and resolution
Account management and equipment provision
User support
Asset management
Local backup handling
Support of local SAP infrastructure (nice to have)
Coordinate support as needed from external third parties
Support of local, regional and global projects
You will have experience of:
End user devices (PC, iPhone, Printer, Barcode)
Windows OS
MS Office
Lotus Notes
You will be:
Service and team orientated
Used to working within an international and multicultural environment
