For one of our financial clients in Frankfurt, we are currently searching for a

Senior Support Analyst (m/f)

ASP, JavaScript with IIS (Primary), SQL, support experience.


TASKS:
Support Analyst, focussed on supporting a few apps on the production environment.
Should be an expert on the application.
Should be able to independently address user queries, fix issues and manage outages.
- L2 Support
- user queries addressal
- support incidents
- reporting back to users
- user expectation management
- coordination of any platform upgrades/migration
- transitioning and ownership of the application, as an application expert

SKILLS:
- very good ASP with 4-5 years. of experience
- 5-6 years working experience
- IIS (Primary) - good
- Microsoft SQL Server - good
- JavaScript / JAS / Oracle - desirable
- Settlements / Back Office knowledge within a Capital Markets space - Kenntnisse wünschenswert
- Investment Banking Domain - good
