For our client in the manufacturing industry, we are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA PMO / Project Coordinator (m/f/d) to support an SAP S/4HANA transformation.
The role focuses on operational project coordination, establishing project governance, and consistently tracking project activities.
Your Responsibilities:
• Provide operational support and assist the SAP project management team
• Establish project governance and coordinate workstreams
• Coordinate stakeholders, resources, and work packages
• Schedule, progress, and risk management
• Consistent tracking of tasks, milestones, and open items
• Identification of delays and escalation of critical issues
• Review of project results and regular reporting
• Project management and documentation using Jira and Confluence
Your Profile:
• Several years of PMO experience in SAP S/4HANA transformation projects
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA greenfield and brownfield projects
• Very good knowledge of Jira and Confluence
• In-depth knowledge of project and resource management
• Experience in project controlling and reporting
• Structured, proactive, and assertive work style
• Excellent English skills
Key Details:
• Project Start: ASAP
• Duration: 6 months + option to extend
• Workload: 100%
• Work Location: Hybrid (60% remote / 40% on-site) + Garching
• Language: English
