Tasks
- In the role of a Scrum Master, you are responsible for two Teams where you assure that our customized Scrum is fully understood and applied
- Facilitate Scrum Artifacts - Kick-off, Retrospective, Review, Daily Scrum, Backlog Refinement etc. - and own the agile process within the team retrospective
- Use Retrospective actively to derive experiments, remove impediments, and improve the efficiency and happiness of the team
- Help and coach PO in organizing his work: story splitting, story readiness, understanding of stories in the team etc.
- Actively support the organisation to integrate Scrum into the overall product development process: collaborate with other Scrum Masters, support cross-team impediment removal
Basic qualifications
- At least 3 years of professional experience as a SCRUM Master in complex SW projects, ideally in organizations where SAFe process was applied
- A good knowledge in software engineering is a must, ideally in the area of hardware drivers
- Scrum Master certificates are welcome, ideally Safe Scrum Master 4.5 or 5.0
- German language skills are desired but not a must
