Ihre Aufgaben:
- Assess current release management practice (Germany, UK, Scandinavia, Eastern Europe)
- Identify process gaps with regard to ITIL v3
- Identify current pains due to gaps of the current practices
- Design release management process, tailored to the needs of international subsidiaries in UK, Scandinavia and Eastern Europe
- Design migration path with growing maturity levels, tailored to current pains
- Develop release management approach for first maturity level
- Design release management process for maturity level 1
- Implementation and rollout of process within pilots
- Support pilots
- Continuously improve process and recommend steps for next maturity level
Ihre Qualifikation
- Sound experience in application of ITIL framework, especially release management, configuration management and change management
- Sound experience in process redesign
- Project management experience (PMI or IPMA)
- ITIL Foundation Certificate
- ITIL Service Manager Certificate is welcome
- Used to work internationally for large groups or enterprise environments
- Ability to facilitate meetings
- Ability to handle politics
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with customer staff quickly
- Result driven
- Strong analytical skills
- Fluent in German and English
- Proven skill to draw up process documentation with MS Office (Visio, Powerpoint)
- Willingness to travel within Europe
