Beschreibung
We are currently looking for a highly experienced Senior Project Manager PLM (m/f/d) for one of our clients, starting as soon as possible.
Your responsibilities:
- Lead a project team for the successful implementation of an innovative PLM System into all relevant execution units, Business Area Functions, and locations worldwide
- Process analysis and design, through requirements specification, to template development and global rollout
- Proactively manage interfaces, especially those linked to the simultaneous rollout of our new unified SAP ERP Platform.
- Direct execution with a strong focus on milestone achievement, rollout readiness, and transparent progress tracking across all locations and stakeholders.
- Commit to guiding the program team in a cooperative and accountable manner, ensuring that results and deliverables are achieved on time, within scope, and with the required quality.
- Shape the end-to-end implementation process from demand intake and requirements clarification through process modeling, template development, system implementation, deployment, and stabilization.
- Proactively mitigate risks and develop countermeasures to achieve program objectives.
- Develop and implement a supportive Change Management program.
- Serve as the central point of contact for all inquiries regarding the Janus project.
- Increase the efficiency of the entire Business Area by developing a common understanding of how modern Product Data Management and Lifecycle Management should be structured within Grid Technologies.
- Process modeling and documentation as an essential prerequisite.
- Involve and manage all relevant stakeholders, ensuring efficient communication.
- Guide the global team and develop a concept with the organization for the phase following implementation.
Your profile:
- Master’s degree or PhD in engineering or science with a strong focus on processes and software.
- Ideally more than 5 years of project experience at an expert level in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and related systems.
- Proven experience and knowledge in:
- Leading large software implementation projects, preferably Siemens Teamcenter.
- Demonstrated strength in execution, milestone management, rollout planning, and successful delivery of complex programs in international environments.
- Process modeling.
- Requirements management and the translation of business requirements into process models, functional specifications, and implemented system functionalities.
- Working in agile teams.
- Working in a scaled agile approach such as Scrum of Scrums or SAFe.
- Strong cost awareness for program management in accordance with financial planning.
- A strong leadership disposition with the ability to motivate international teams, build commitment, and establish a transparent, results-oriented working method.
- Fluent English, German is a plus
