Primary purpose of the roleThe Senior Project Manager Identity/O365 (m/f/d) is responsible for the overall management of the User Identity pillar within an IT Infrastructure Carve-Out project.
Key responsibilities
• Create and update overall plan
• Coordinate included projects and Subprojects
• Budget planning
• Control Budget and Migration progress
• Frequently status reports to management
• Identify and avoid risks
• Moderate stakeholder meetings
• Create decision documentation to Review Board / budget request
• Communicates on regular basis with (in addition to the above): Technical Experts
• Regular meetings: Daily Standup, Regional Alignment Call (organizer), Understanding technical meetings.
Qualifications
• Preferred a university degree or a similar education, solid technical qualifications, business consulting
• at least 8 years of experience in Identity Projects
• at least 6 years project management experience
• responsible for the team leadership and the reports overall
• Project management experience with enterprise customers
• required Project management certifications (PMP, Prince2)
• ITIL knowledge (ITIL V3)
• Very good knowledge of German (business fluent, spoken and written)
• Good written and spoken English language skills
Technical Expertise
• Broad technical understanding within Microsoft 365 architecture
• Good End User Computing Background (Active Directory, Azure, Exchange)
• Good knowledge within Email/Exchange Migration, MFA, MTSSO.
• Carve out know-how is a must
