Beschreibung

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager that will be working for a team within Client.
Tasks
  • End-to-end delivery accountability across all squad workstreams and applications — from technical architecture and Kanban flow through to production deployment.
  • Manages cross-app dependencies, monitor progress, highlight risks and mitigation strategy and prepare status reports and management reports when needed.
  • Coaches the team, drives continuous improvement, and coordinate decisions with the Product Owner, Technical Lead and QA Lead.
Mandatory Requirements
Education
  • Bachelor’s Degree at a relevant field.
Experience
  • 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
  • Strong working knowledge of Agile and Kanban, WIP management and flow metrics and cross-squads dependencies management.
  • Ability to translate technical complexity into clear business-level status and risk language.
  • Proven delivery accountability — ownership of outcomes, not just execution.
  • Experience with the whole software delivery life-cycle from requirements gathering to testing and deployment in large enterprise or banking context.
  • Hands-on experience in software engineering, preferably hands-on development experience in Java.
  • Solid expertise with software quality management and test automation.

The consultant must demonstrate competence in:
  • Good Communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Good ability to synthesize.
  • Capacity to deliver within tight deadlines.
